By the way I do keep learning and searching on psychology from Introduction to psychology lectures and even specific areas on brain, learning, personality, roots of some social behaviors and disorders, positive psychology discipline, psychopath, bipolar disorder, obsestions, halucinations etc. If I combine all stuff as a prediction than I think that this might be the simple theory for psychopaths.
a. If the reason why is coming from the biological evidence than if this evidence is based on a discorder between frontal cortex and amygdala (corpus amygdaloideum) that I can understand there is no way to create a cure for this kind of patiens yet, at least with today's technology. May be the reason why these patiens don't respond to the treatment. Also as far as I understand that psychopathic patients never accept their issues. If somehow a treatment way can be found in the future to re-create the communicaiton between frontal cortex and amygdala than normal feelings may come back to the person. May be after that point they can feel empathy, guilt and all other normal feelings like other normal people do, they may start learning normal social behaviours.
b. If we focus on the Jean Piaget and Vigotsky perspective than it could have been easly understood that a pscyhopath shows a very similar behaviors or reactions like preoperational child. If a child is at the preoperational period than he/she can not understand relative perspective of other people, abstract ideas or requirements / needs and empathy. The answer should be "definitely impossible". The child will be egocentric like a psychopath. If we assume that the child is older than 20 years old with same mental ability at the preoperational period, than how can we describe that personality? And how will that person behave and live in the society? Ultimately he/she will have behaviour disorder but the question is that is it possible to treat if we describe that person is still a child and stuck at the preoperational period some how.
I think that if this is the case than there are two types of psychopaths and a rational/commender parent style treatment may help for type b psychopaths to adapt to the society. But it is very clear that the main reason (root cause) should be identified why the patient has stuck at the preoperational period. The idea/question is that if type b stuck at the preoperational period than unsocial behaviors and maladaptive results may occur. The results of egocentric and maladaptive behaviors lead us to think that person has personality disorder. Also the person will not accept itself as maladaptive or sick just like 3-11 years old of a child who can not see itself as unsocial/maladaptive or sick. The child can not see or understand any abnormality on itself.
How type b can be identified?
If brain scans do not give any specific result on brain damage or disorder on specific are in the brain or any neurotransmitter disorder than we may accept the root cause is type b.
Treatment :
Long term seratonin based treatment and plus teaching techniques should be identified. It is not possible to create an assumption which way of teaching will give better results to teach the patient the feelings (love, empathy, shame, guilt, etc) and adaptive social behaviors. Only I can assume the treatment will not be short term period and parent style teaching with PTSD especially beta blocker treatment may help. Or may be they learn how to deceive better rather than positive reaction to the treatment? However plasticity helps us keeping our hopes, dna plasticity & re-organizing under better conditions/behaviour is another possiblity also.
Hypotesis : Human vs psychopath humanlike lead me to think on a hypotesis "homo sapiens and homo sapiens neanderthalenis". These two species lived near to each other at archaic age. The idea is, which depends on the brain evolution are similar however it is different. The difference between human and psychopath humanlike depends on brain evolution or brain cell connections. So at this point the expectation of the hypotesis might be the brain scans of both species should be different and even genetic code table.
Also birth rate of two ancient species are identical nowadays population of human and psychopat humanlike.
"First of all, we still aren't sure what genetic inheritance the Neanderthals left behind among non-African populations, and we're even less certain about mixtures that probably took place in the Middle East and Asia between Homo sapiens and hominins like the Denisovans. It's possible that Europeans inherited red hair from Neanderthals. And just this week, a new study in Nature linked Neanderthal genes to fatty acids that show up in the brains and other tissues of Europeans — but not in Asian populations."
"Now the team is trying to figure out what the fatty acids do in the brain and how differences in their concentration might affect function. “We think it’s a very strong effect with very profound physiological changes,” Khaitovich says. “Otherwise, we wouldn’t see it in the brain tissue.”
If we focus on fatty acid than the expactation should be on the evolution of brain and neuro-cell connections which would have been desinged in fetus period.

As a result I can assume two different human species are still live near to each other but so different one from the other in terms of brain evolution which causes lack of empathy and behaviours.

According to Svante Paabo's reseaches than today people living outside of Africa have about 2.5% of their DNA from Neanderthals which clue is nearly consistent with the population percantage of pyschopaths in whole world population. Also this explains the reason why any pschopath has not been recorded in African Population however neanderthal genenome does not explain the human violence fully!
Thanks for reading.
