I am going to give some information, ask a few questions and try to explain my understanding of governence. First of all, We, human beings believe that the world (earth) is belong to us. But it is not true. Because Approx.3 trillion trees and Eight million, seven hundred thousand species!

Until now, the number of species on Earth was said to fall somewhere within the large range of 3 and 100 million.

So, the first quesiton : Can any other species rather than human vote for election?
We need them. They dont need us! But They can not vote for anything and can not vote for any referendum. However we force to shape their lives and future!
Pluralistic democracy means the crowded can shape the life and future. Let say %49 cares the nature and clean future life but %51 does not care to pollute the air/water/oceans/nature/world. Pluralistic result is: you are free to spoil the world (shit on by the universe). I am sorry about my languange but as I see more than %51 understand this kind of lovely language. This is the democracy in practice (nowadays). I dont like to pronounce that but demoracy is very fragile under pressure of globally powered companies and even can not save the law rights for all under pressure of very powered lobbies (lounges).
I don't think we can create sustainable today and future with this very old and weak political/governance understanding. Dualism will always be with us. Good and Bad are on the same earth together. I don't like to give too many examples and create a too long article. Because, people can not focus/pay attention long articles. They usually stop reading after a few paragraphs.
My understanding of governance:
Here is the first stage:
As is: President, prime minister and parliament. They create laws.
To be: As is system can offer laws but community decides for each.
How: If we can control bank accounts and e-government systems by mobile phones than we can control our own country by phones.
Detail: There are two OS systems. Android and Ios. Government can create an app for those OS. App can has specific 256 bit secure or more VPN connection to secure goverment servers. Governments have our finger prints and face. System easily can match. Also We can create starter password. So each person has 1 vote.
Gov can give 24 hours to for each voting. If you join than transparent score table reflects if you missed than you will find a ticket in your mobile phone bill. If you are a member in citizen than you should say yes or no or noncommittal for each ballot.
So which means democracy really work.
Plus: If you have an idea than you can edit in same app. It goes to parliament to be checked if it does not create conflict with current laws. If parliament can not find any conflict in 15 days than it goes to ballot system to be voted.
No country is so small to give all rigths to a couple of hundred individuals. We can keep our own laws & country in our hands as a citizen.
Stage II :
What is ISG. It is "Intellectual Scientific Governance". Which is the system I imagine to manage the countries globally.
The aim : The governance issues of Human kind and eco-system issues are totally technical from the past to today. Any of the system created by human until today could not put a sustainable governance. Also improvements are always obstructed by very limited lobbies for their own benefits & profits. The visions of politicians and parliaments established by politicians have never solved the root cause of the issues coming from centuries (production, pollution, productivity, equivalence, labor rights, ecosystem, war for nothing, global climate issues, all other species rights to live in their own habitats, poverty, hunger, etc etc).
It is easy to say, ISG will not be today's governance but we need start asking questions, discussing, thinking, searching for the best.
ISG has some steps and specs to follow.
No parliament. No party. No President. No minister, No vote! etc. But Local Committees and Task Teams are required.
- UN can create a high level selection committee to elect the applicants.
- Limitless applicants can apply for the exam for each country. (eg.100 - 100,000)
- Applicants of each country can be max. 30 members (which means selected 30 members will be governing their own country. One from each major discipline of Science).
- Local Applicants which are have to have Ph.OR Ph.D university level educated.
- They have to take several exams under control of UN High Selection Committee.
- Also they have to pass an physical, psychological, neuropsychological tests.
But the critical point is that UN power must create a free UN Law Rights Committee to obtain a platform for all countries for the safety of system governance.
Global companies and/or each owner or each shareholder should be limited at 0.001% World Asset or nominal gmp of the minor economy (country) which means a company and/or shareholder shouldn't be bigger than minor economy even if a shareholder has distributed owner of shareholders (This context contains the outer space income).
If sometime in the future human can create a system like this than the system will be for all species living in the world not only for people! Live in peace and together!
I believe that only science can make the world a better and fair place for all spceies.
Some reasons are:
- We live in a global world.
- The problems we face are technical not political which can be solved by politicians.
- Resources which the world has, should be distribute in a balanced way for all
- National culture causes only war (political, cold&hot, trade etc.) The output is always there are enemies to beat which is ridiculus understanding throwing away our resources and time.
- Voters have no idea about specific actions of governments after election has been done. They just choose one thing/idea they like which does not have a meaning for all 4 or 5 years.
- The motivation of the voters is a better life always which is a imaginary life/paracosm/utopia who can never reach!
- Only science can analyze and create plans to solve real problems and prepare a balanced life.
