Suppression of herpes simplex virus infections with oral lithium carbonate--a possible antiviral activity.

The principle of thought is simple. The immune system is sufficient unless you give a suitable environment for pathogens. (Of course if you do not have chronic heart, lung, liver, kidney disease).
In coronavirus infections, the virus infects ciliated epithelial cells in the nasopharynx through the aminopeptidase N receptor or sialic acid receptors. What can be done to prevent this?
My thought is that carbonates weaken the linkages of cd13 enzymes. Because CD13 receptors bind using zinc. Vegetables, fruits and fresh nuts make the acidic level in Sialic acid receptors basic (alkaline). Viruses that cannot find the appropriate attachment medium cannot be mutated, attached or developed. The immune system in the human body has a suitable environment for clearing pathogens. Meat, fish, eggs, alcohol, grains raise the body's acidic level. It provides a suitable environment for the attachment of viruses. All these suggestions can be useful if done before the disease is transmitted. Then they can only have a supportive role and take an active role in shortening the virus's life span of 7-14 days.

Note. Sugar and sugary food consumption should be avoided and plenty of water should be drunk. Drink as much water as you can drink. Real honey and fruits does not provide a suitable environment for viruses.

There is no benefit in washing your hands so as not to catch the disease from an infected person. Washing your hands is beneficial for general hygiene. You cannot be protected against sneezing with clean hands. Or your clean hands will not protect you from the dribble in public transport.

Symptom calendar: When mild diarrhea, dry cough, loss of taste and smell begins, their recommendations are made regularly. Apart from these symptoms, there may also be a runny nose.

#Coronavirus (# covid19) use carbonate serum or carbonate vaccine for the treatment of coronavirus. You will find that they may recover in a day or two because the carbonated serum has antiviral activity and uses for the treatment of acid-base imbalance in the respiratory and metabolic systems.

Discussion on Viral Genetics

First of all, viruses are known to be separated as DNA and RNA viruses. However, the main reason why they are not mentioned in the category of living creatures depends on the lack of capacity to produce electricity. Because every living thing has sense organs and consequently nervous systems for recognizing, increasing and feeding. It is also a known fact that the nervous system operates through electrical Na + and Ca + gates. This mechanism is also available in plants. The lack of viruses' ability to generate electricity is an obstacle in placing them in the class of living things. However, the fact that DNA viruses have eukaryotic DNA polymers makes classification difficult. On the other hand, since the mutation is only possible for living things, this poses the second challenge.

We don't know why viruses exist on earth. Their roles in the eco-system are also unknown. Findings that they got sport when they could not find a suitable environment and could live thousands of years without being active were found in melting glaciers. There is no clear indication of how long the viruses that find a suitable medium can stay in sports to be active again.

At this point, I want to ask my first question. If they do not have a nervous system and are deprived of the essential electricity generation system for the senses, how can they become active by noticing that they are in the proper environment? How is it possible for mutations to access DNA roadmaps to establish genetic links?

It is clear that in order for them to initiate this process, the parent species must establish a connection to a target cell and generate mutations. Providing this process suggests that it cannot be realized in an organism such as a human with an immune system. In this case, the first target cell must be on a non-human, simpler organism. However, this organism must have sufficient electricity generation system and the virus must be connected to this electrical system and provide the necessary hardware. At this point, the subject that has never been researched or emphasized may be that it starts to perform its first mutations on an archaea type bacteria.

Another problem is that the recombinations of RNA group viruses, which include retroviruses, picornaviruses and coronaviruses, have not been racified to the eukaryotic or prokaryotic cells in RNA molecules. Although they are defined as RNA group, recombination has been observed to have DNA genome. I think this explains that they have completed their recombination on the arcea-type bacteria I first questioned.

In the light of all this view, why carbonates, by showing neutralizing effect; I hope it can be understood that it does not allow mutations to occur by negatively affecting the electrical layer in the genetic connection.

When I examine the subject; I conclude that the coronaviruses binds to the bristles or taste buds so that taste and odor loss can occur. These cells are directly connected to nervous system; Reaching the required electrical energy enables them to obtain. I think that the electrical connection plays an important role in its origin. The loss of taste and smell is not due to the decay of the receptors; I conclude that viruses that have genetic operations on cells block this traffic and have electrical signals that they use for the energy they need in RNA synthesis and mutations. For electrical link transfer, the electrical transfer must be surrounded alkali by basic medium, or the electrical lock required for virus-cell fission must be neutralized. I think it should be more clearly understood about the importance of neutralizing. To able to do that alkaline and CaCO3 or ZnCO3 should be applied regularly.

Transmission

Because the first cases of the CoVID-19 disease were linked to direct exposure to the Huanan Seafood Wholesale Market of Wuhan, the animal-to-human transmission was presumed as the main mechanism. Nevertheless, subsequent cases were not associated with this exposure mechanism. Therefore, it was concluded that the virus could also be transmitted from human-to-human, and symptomatic people are the most frequent source of COVID-19 spread. The possibility of transmission before symptoms develop seems to be infrequent, although it cannot be excluded. Moreover, there are suggestions that individuals who remain asymptomatic could transmit the virus. This data suggests that the use of isolation is the best way to contain this epidemic.

“Thus, SARS-CoV-2 belongs to the betaCoVs category. It has round or elliptic and often pleomorphic form, and a diameter of approximately 60–140 nm. Like other CoVs, it is sensitive to ultraviolet rays and heat. Furthermore, these viruses can be effectively inactivated by lipid solvents including ether (75%), ethanol, chlorine-containing disinfectant, peroxyacetic acid and chloroform except for chlorhexidine.”

My Comment

Whatever HCoV belongs alpha, beta, delta, gamma RNA viruses have no ability to create mutations or RNA synthesis against to weakness of the previous generations.HCoV has to have chemical recognation, learn and recollect mechanism to solve the weakness like plants have otherwise it is impossible. And we know they synthesize RNA in random which helps them to differ the shapes. Shape means to facilitate the bond to cell.
To be clearer they only evolve on kinetics.

“RNA genome contains 29891 nucleotides, encoding for 9860 amino acids. “ whatever a virus have nucleotides and amino acids the biggest mistake of drug industry is targetting to decay of synthesis mechanism of viruses. This process requires huge time and effort. Let me explain why Synthesis process of a virus run in random which means a hacker is trying to break your password but it changes random and quick. Once hacker resolved the password, your system password has already created a new mutation or synthesis. So this way of hacking is only a chance. On the other hand many people die. If hacker can control the keyboard than I can not change my password. The only way to do that is block my hands or break my connection with the keyboard. If I turn back to viruses than viruses choose acidic reseptors to able to reach electric rich ones. So the correct way is to neutralize the connection which means it does not matter virus synthesis mechanism. Carbonates may be the most effective drugs, serums, vaccines to neutralize the bond. However it is not good for pharmaceutical industry in terms of income. Intensive carbonate therapy is only risk for young children under 7 years old because of brain neuron activity and/or brain edema. However it is possible to solve this problem in carbonate therapy to yound children.

Latest Update 18.03.2020

* I guess not sharing this medicine here may be misunderstood. My goal was not to show that this drug was effective directly on covid19, which is an entirely outside method of my view. Because the complications of toxic input are unpredictable in a short time. However, I left the links thinking that it could be discussed because it was claimed to inhibit RNA polymerase chains. Otherwise, pyrazinamide is known to be acute toxic. Surely Japan has tried on its own patients. I guess they would announce it to the world if it had a positive result. But there is a possibility, It may have been exceptionally effective in one of the mutations. However, it does not mean that it is effective in the whole. Sometimes, insolubility may require trying many old medicines. (3/23/2020)

Favipiravir is a  pyrazinecarboxamide  derivative with activity against RNA viruses. Favipiravir is converted to the ribofuranosyltriphosphate derivative by host enzymes and selectively inhibits the viral influenza RNA-dependent RNA polymerase.
Favipiravir is a member of pyrazines and a primary carboxamide.
Favipiravir has been investigated for the treatment of Influenza. It is a unique viral RNA polymerase inhibitor, acting on viral genetic copying to prevent its reproduction.

Cleaning the viral area by radioactive way

I recommend cleaning the area with the application of radiation in the range of 5..7vMs. Gylcoprotein structure is known to degrade at the frequency of UV-C and UV-B.

It is not possible to target the virus that has connected the cell with UV radiation and clean the area. Due to the texture density, it cannot penetrate more into the skin. For this reason, X-Ray, which can reach the tissues in terms of wavelength and frequency, should be used. It gives much more effective results than UV on X-Ray glycoprotein or SarsCov2 wall. For these reasons, it will be the right option to use the tomography device for this purpose and use it in the range of 5 ... 7 vMs for chest tomography. Radiation range min. will give results in the first stages of the disease. If virus spread is concentrated; the amount of radiation required will increase. However, the patient's picture with the sarcov2 is important. It may be necessary to supplement with antibiotics to avoid super infection. Other radiological treatment procedures are available and clear. But there are two undesirable situations at this point. One is regional bacterial growth and the other is slowing the patient's vital functions. For this reason, I recommend dopamine with 5 µg / kg / minute as well as the appropriate antibiotic. There are two purposes of using tomography as a radioactive source. To apply both the necessary radioactive therapy and also to record and monitor the patient's condition.
