Koronavirüs'ten Korunma Yolları ve Tedavi Önerileri



Düşünce prensibi basit. Uygun ortam vermediğiniz sürece bağışıklık sisteminiz yeterlidir. (Elbette kronik kalp, akciğer, karaciğer, böbrek rahatsızlığınız yoksa). Koronavirüs enfeksiyonlarında, virüs nazofarenksteki silli epitel hücrelerini, aminopeptidaz N reseptör ya da sialik asit reseptörleri aracılığıyla enfekte eder. Aşısı geliştirip, üretilene kadar bunu önlemek için ne yapılabilir?  


"Nazofarenks nedir?" ve "geniz nedir, vücudun hangi bölgesini oluşturur?" Nazofarenks diğer adı ile geniz, yutağın üst kısmında burnun gerisinde yer alan, yanlarda östaki tüpü ile orta kulağa, aşağıda boğaza ve önde burun boşluğuna açılan bir boşluktur. Kulaklarla yakın ilişkide olan nazofarenks boşluğu solunum sisteminin önemli bir parçasıdır ve içinde tükürük bezleri ve lenfoid dokular bulunur. Sesin oluşumunda önemli bir rol oynayan geniz boşluğu, burun ve kulağın boşaltılmasını da sağlar.

Birçok organlarda iç yüzeyi döşeyen ve hücrelerinin serbest yüzeyinde hareketli ya da hareketsiz siller taşıyan epitel. Örnek: Memelilerin soluk borusunu astarlayan yalancı çok tabakalı silli silindirik epitel. Kirpikli epitel.

Düşüncem şu: Karbonatlar cd13 enzimlerinin bağlantılarını zayıflatırlar. Çünkü CD13 reseptörleri çinko kullanarak bağlanırlar. Sebze, meyve ve taze çerezler Sialik asit reseptörlerindeki asidik seviyeyi bazik hale çevirirler. Uygun bağlantı ortamını bulamayan virüsler, mutasyona uğrayamaz, bağlanamaz ve gelişemezler. İnsan vücudundaki bağışıklık sistemi patojenlerin temizlenmesi için uygun ortama sahip olmuş olurlar. Kırmızı et, alkol vücudun asidik seviyesini yükseltir. Virüslerin bağlanması için uygun ortam sağlar. Tüm bu öneriler, hastalık bulaşmadan önce yapılması durumunda faydalı olabilir. Sonrasında ancak destekleyici rol olabilirler ve virüsün 7-14 günlük ömür süresini kısaltmada aktif rol alabilirler. Patojenler, alkali ortamda yaşayamaz ve mutasyona uğrayamazlar. Vücudunuzun asidik seviyesini yükseltmediğiniz sürece riski minimize etmiş olursunuz. 

Şeker ve şekerli gıda tüketiminden uzak durulmalı ve bol su içilmelidir. İçebildiğiniz kadar su için. Gerçek bal, meyve şekeri virüsler için uygun ortam sağlamaz.
Enfekte olmuş birinden hastalığı kapmamak için ellerinizi yıkamanızın size bir faydası yoktur. Ellerinizi yıkamanız genel hijyen için faydalıdır. (Elinizi, yüzünüzü sabunla yıkayınız. Duş yapınız.) Yakınınızda hapşıran birinden temiz ellerle korunamazsınız. Ya da toplu taşımada tutunduğunuz yerdeki salyadan, temiz elleriniz sizi korumaz.

Pratik öneri : Kendinizi izole edin. Evde kalın. Mutlaka toplu taşıma araçlarını kullanmanız veya kalabalık ortamlarda bulunmanız gerekiyorsa N95 FFP3 maskesi ve ucuz plastik doktor eldiveni kullanın. Ortam değiştiğinde; eldiveni atıp, yenisini giyin. 

 Çocuğunuzun otobüs tutamaklarını ısırmasına, yalamasına izin vermeyin. Çocuğunuzun sokakta emeklemesine ya da marketlerde yerde yuvarlanmasına izin vermeyiniz. Veya benzeri davranışlardan çocuklarınızı koruyunuz. Çünkü koronavirüsün yayılma kapasitesi yüksektir. Kendinizi korusanız dahi çocuğunuz vasıtasıyla evinize girdiğinde tüm aile bireylerine yayılabilir. Koronavirüsün ölümcül etki seviyesi düşük olsa dahi sizin bağışıklık sisteminizin virüse dayanıp dayanmayacağını iddia etmek olanaksızdır. Genelde 60 yaş üzeri kişileri etkilediği bilgisi tamamen istatistiki bir bilgidir. Varsayılan, 60 yaş üzeri bireylerde çeşitli hastalıklar olduğu ve bağışıklık sistemlerinin daha zayıf olduğu yönündedir. Oysa önerdiğim şekilde sağlıklı beslenen ve egzersiz (yürüyüş) yapan yaşlı bireylerin bağışıklık sistemi, genç birinden daha güçlü olabilir.

(Uyarı : İçmeyin. Göğsünüze sürün.Veya sıcak suyla karıştırarak buharını solumanız daha faydalıdır. Çok sıcak kaynamış bir bardak su içine 5 ila 10 damla karışım yağını damlatın ve 5 dakika nefes alıp verin. Günde 3 defa uygulayın. Hafif diare, kuru öksürük, tat ve koku kaybı başladığında mutlaka önerileri düzenli uygulamaya başlayın. Bu semptomlar dışında burun akıntısı da olabilir.

Karbonatlı serumun antiviral aktiviteye sahip olduğu ve solunum ve metabolik sistemlerde asit-baz dengesizliğinin tedavisi için kullandığı için hastalanan kişilerideki semptomların bir veya iki gün içinde iyileşebileceklerini takip edebilirsiniz.

 Viral Genetik Üzerine Tartışma

 Öncelikle virüslerin DNA ve RNA virüsleri olarak ayrıldıkları bilinmektedir. Ancak canlı kategorisinde anılmamalarının ana sebebi, elektrik üretme kapasitelerinin olmamasına bağlıdır. Çünkü her canlı çevresini tanımak, çoğalmak ve beslenme için duyu organlarına ve dolayısıyla sinir sistemlerine sahiptir. Sinir sisteminin elektriksel Na+ ve Ca+ kapıları üzerinden çalıştıkları ayrıca bilinen bir gerçektir. Bu mekanizma bitkilerde de mevcuttur. Virüslerin, elektrik üretme yeteneklerinin olmayışı, onların canlılar sınıfına konulmasında engel oluşturur. Buna rağmen DNA virüslerinin ökaryotik DNA polimerlerine sahip olmaları sınıflandırmayı zorlaştırmaktadır. Öte yandan mütasyon ancak canlılar için mümkün olabileceği için bu durum da ikinci zorluğu getirir.

 Virüslerin, dünya üzerinde neden var olduklarını bilmiyoruz. Yine eko-sistem içindeki rolleri de bilinmemektedir. Uygun ortam bulamadıklarında sporlandıklarına ve binlerce yıl aktif olmadan yaşayabildiklerine dair bulgular, eriyen buzullar içinde bulunmuştur. Uygun ortam bulan virüslerin, tekrar aktif hale geçmeleri için spor halde ne kadar süre kalabileceklerine dair net bir bulgu yoktur.

 Bu noktada ilk sorumu sormak istiyorum. Eğer sinir sistemine sahip değillerse ve duyular için zaruri elektrik üretimi sisteminden mahrum iseler, bu durumda uygun ortamda olduklarını nasıl fark ederek aktif hale geçebilmektedirler? Mütasyonların, genetik bağların kurulması için DNA yol haritalarına ulaşımları nasıl mümkün olabilmektedir? 

 Bu süreci başlatabilmeleri için ana türün hedef bir hücreye bağlantıyı gerçekleştirmesi ve mütasyonları üretmesi gerektiği açıktır. Bu sürecin sağlanabilmesi İnsan gibi immun sistemine sahip bir organizmada gerçekleşemeyeceğini düşündürür. Bu durumda ilk hedef hücrenin insan dışı, daha basit bir organizma üzerinde olması zorunludur. Fakat bu organizmanın yeterli elektrik üretim sistemine sahip olması ve virüsün bu elektrik sistemine bağlanarak gerekli donanımı sağlaması gerekmektedir. Bu noktada hiç araştırılmayan veya üzerinde durulmayan konu arkea tipi bir bakteri üzerinde ilk mütasyonlarını gerçekleştirmeye başlaması olabilir. 

 Diğer bir sorun ise RNA grup virüslerin ki bunlar retrovirüsler, pikornavirüsler ve koronavirüslerin rekombinasyonlarının RNA moleküllerinde ökaryot veya prokaryot hücreye ratlanmamış olmasıdır. RNA grubu olarak tanımlanmalarına karşın rekombinasyonlarının DNA genomuna sahip olduğu gözlenmiştir. Bu da ilk olarak sorguladığım arkea tipi bakteriler üzerinde rekombinasyonlarını tamamladıklarını anlattığını düşünüyorum. Her ne kadar bir hayvanın ısırması sonucu kan yoluyla insana geçmesi mümkün olsa dahi morfolojik açıdan uygun reseptör bulamayacakları için bağlantıyı gerçekleştiremeyeceklerdir. Hayvan hücre reseptörleri ile insan hücre reseptörlerinin farklı olduğu bilinir. Tek istisnai durum domuzlardaki cross hücre reseptör yapısıdır. Yine sivrisinek veya farklı bir böcek türüyle insana virüslerin geçip aktif bağlantı yapabilmeleri için sokma-ısırma esnasında transfer ettikleri virüsleri bir insandan almaları gerekir. Tüm bu nedenlerle gelişimde host olarak bir bakteriyi kullanmaları tek alternatif gibi görünüyor.

Bütün bu bakışın ışığında, karbonatların, neden nötralize edici etki göstererek; genetik bağlantıdaki elektriksel katmanı olumsuz yönde etkileyerek mütasyonların oluşmasına imkan tanımadığının anlaşılabileceğini umuyorum.

 Öte yandan semptomlardan yola çıkarak tersine hareketle konuyu incelediğimde; tat ve koku kaybının oluşabilmesi için coronavirüslerin taste hairs veya tat tomurcuklarına bağlandığı sonucuna varıyorum.Bu hücelerin doğrudan sinir sistemine bağlantılı olması; gerekli elektriksel enerjiye kolaylıkla ulaşmalarına imkan tanımaktadır. Aynı zamanda virüslerin asidik ortama ihtiyaç duymalarının kökeninde elektriksel bağlantıya ulaşmanın rol oynadığını düşünüyorum. Tat ve koku kaybının, reseptörlerin bozunuma uğramış olmasından değil; hücrelere genetik bağlantısını gerçekleştirmiş virüslerin bu trafiği engellemesine ve elektrik sinyalleri kendilerini RNA sentezlemesinde ve mutasyonlarında ihtiyaç duydukları enerjiye ulaşmak için kullandıkları sonucuna varıyorum. Bu noktada bağlantının nötralize edilebilmesi için elektriksel aktarımın alkali yolla bazik ortama çevrilmesine veya virüs-hücre fisyonunun sağlanabilmesi için bağlantının sürekliliği için gerekli elektriksel kilidin nötralize edilmesine bağlıdır. Nötralize etmenin önemi böylece daha net anlaşılmış olacaktır diye düşünüyorum. Sinir sisteminin elektriksel akımını durdurmanın bir yolu olmadığına göre bunun sağlanabilmesi için düzenli dozlarda alkali ve CaCO3 veya ZnCO3 uygulanmalıdır.

 HCoV alfa, beta, delta, gama RNA virüslerinin, ne olursa olsun, önceki nesillerin zayıflığına karşı mutasyonlar veya RNA sentezleri oluşturma yeteneği yoktur. CoV, bitkiler gibi zayıflığı çözmek için kimyasal tanıma, öğrenme ve hatırlama mekanizmasına sahip olmalıdır ki zayıf oldukları alanı çözebilsinler ki bu imkansızdır. Ve RNA'yı rastgele sentezlediklerini biliyoruz, bu da şekillerini farklılaştırmalarına yardımcı oluyor. Şekil, hücreye bağlantıyı kolaylaştırma anlamına gelir. Daha açık olmak gerekirse, sadece kinetik üzerinde evrimleşirler.

* Bu ilacı burada paylaşmam sanırım yanlış anlaşılmış olabilir. Amacım, bu ilacın covid19'a doğrudan etkili olduğunu göstermek için değildi ki bakış açımın bütünüyle dışında bir yöntemdir. Çünkü toksik girdinin komplikasyonları kısa zaman içinde öngörülemez. Ancak RNA polimeraz zincirlerini inhibite ettiği öne sürüldüğü için üzerinde tartışılabilir diye düşünerek linkleri bıraktım. Aksi halde pyrazinamide'in akut toksik olduğu bilinir.  Mutlaka Japonya kendi hastaları üzerinde denemiştir. Eğer olumlu sonuç alınmış olsaydı sanırım bunu dünyaya duyururlardı. Fakat şöyle bir ihtimal de mümkündür. Mutasyonlardan birinde istisnai etkili olmuş olabilir. Yine de bütünde etkili olduğu anlamına gelmeyecektir. Favipiravir is a pyrazinecarboxamide derivative with activity against RNA viruses. Favipiravir is converted to the ribofuranosyltriphosphate derivative by host enzymes and selectively inhibits the influenza viral RNA-dependent RNA polymerase.

Favipiravir is a member of pyrazines and a primary carboxamide.


Favipiravir has been investigated for the treatment of Influenza. It is a unique viral RNA polymerase inhibitor, acting on viral genetic copying to prevent its reproduction.








Viral alanın radyoaktif yol ile temizlenmesi



5..7vMs aralığında radyasyon uygulaması ile bölgenin temizlenmesini öneriyorum. Gylcoprotein yapısının UV-C ve UV-B frekansında bozunuma uğradığı bilinir. 

UV ışınımı ile hüccre bağlantısı yapmış virüsü hedef almak ve bölgeyi temizlemek mümkün değildir. Doku yoğunluğu nedeniyle ciltten daha içeriye nüfuz edemez. Bu nedenle dalgaboyu ve frekans açısından doku içlerine ulaşabilecek olan X-Ray kullanılmalıdır. X-Ray glycoprotein veya SarsCov2 çeperi üzerinde UV'den çok daha etkin sonuç verir. Bu nedenlerle tomografi cihazının bu  amaçla kullanılmasını ve göğüs tomografisi için 5 .. 7 vMs aralığında 15 dak. 1..2 seans kullanılması doğru seçenek olacaktır. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7112912/ görüldüğü üzere dalgaboyu küçüldükçe virüs üzerindeki yıkıcı etkisi artmaktadır. Radrasyon aralığı min. hastalığın ilk evrelerinde sonuç verecektir. Virüs yayılımı yoğunlaşmışsa; gereken radrasyon miktarı artacaktır. Fakat hastanın sarcov2 ile birlikte seyreden tablosu önemlidir. Süper enfeksiyondan kaçınmak için antibiyotik ile desteklemek gerekli olabilir. Diğer radyolojik tedavi prosedürleri mevcuttur ve bellidir. Fakat bu noktada istenmeyen iki durum vardır. Biri bölgesel bakteri artışı ve diğeri hastanın yaşamsal fonksiyonlarında yavaşlama. Bu nedenle uygun antibiyotik yanında, < 5 µg/kg/dakika dopamin öneririm.

 Tomografinin radyoaktif kaynak olarak kullanılmasının iki amacı vardır. Hem gerekli radyoaktif tedaviyi uygulamak ve aynı zamanda hastanın durumunu kayıt altına almak ve izlemek.

 CD13 reseptörü üzerinden ACE2 enzimleri yoluyla bağlanan virüsün SARS-COV'a göre tek kanallı ve nispeten daha zayıf bağlantı yapıyor olması başlangıç dozun <=5 vMs olmasını yeterli kılar. Ayn zamanda yukarıdaki tartışmada ele aldığım kalsiyum karbonat serumun CD13 reseptör bağlantısındaki çinkoyu nötralize edeceğinden; virüsün inaktif olmasını sağlar. Fakat kanımca karbonat serum yerine serumun desilitrede 68mg CaCO3 + 8mg MgCO3 + 0,01mg ZnCO3 olarak değerlendirilmesini öneririm. Günlük dozun 0.5l'yi aşmamasına özen gösterilmesi kanımca güvenli alanda kalınmasını sağlayacaktır. Oral yolla kullanılacak ise maksimum günlük doz 6800mg CaCO3 + 800mg MgCO3 + 0,96mg ZnCO3

Vortex Music Theory


While expressing this theory, the point I take as basis is against tonality, chromatic structures, dominant voices and chords; it was not to flatter the atonal understanding. On the contrary, my point is; It was to emphasize that music is not different from spoken language or sounds we hear in nature, deep space sounds, or inner voices of planets and stars. When I tried to express this, the first step in Vortex Music Theory, regardless of the main pattern, was to enrich the effect of expressing it together with its retrograde both in terms of polyphony and at the same time to reflect the expression "a timelessness" to the language of music as in nature and the universe.

If I will explain the main idea a little more; nature and the universe are not concerned with tonality or atonality. It expresses its own feature and structure in a timeless process. For example, when you listen to a river, you hear that the sounds do not differ as forward or backward. Or, when you listen to the inner sounds of the sun from Nasa recordings, you find a similar sound structure. However, what happens is that voices in every situation describe their inner structure, themselves, and what is happening in them. For this, by making long and detailed studies; It is understood that the sounds caused by the molecular activity tell what they say. In short, they tell their stories in a timeless process. The listener hears a hum and strangely enjoys it. When you listen to the sounds of the forest, you will hear full polyphony. It is an average hum. This hum, while describing the forest itself; we enjoy it again. In Vortex Music Theory, sound waves overlapping each other create a similar sub-humming sound. But they also hear opposing melodies in a dual "process of timelessness".

Language is unidirectional phenomenon. Points only a time in the past OR Now OR a time in the future. Art and music use the same philosophy. What if we can talk past, now and future in the same sentence? Vortex Music Theory solves that phenomenon.

Vortex Music Theory indicates multidimensional polyphony. Polyphony is a type of musical texture consisting of two or more simultaneous lines of independent melody, as opposed to a musical texture with just one voice, monophony, or a texture with one dominant melodic voice accompanied by chords, homophony. Vortex Music Theory carries polyphony to advanced polyphonic level which means simultaneous multidimensional "timeless note at a point in universe".

For example, musical language of universe and earth itself has timeless texture. If we get musical language of deep space or sun or a river, wind on earth than we hear multidimensional sound. However human musical language is unidirectional which shows monodimensional understanding. 12 tones, atonal and even abstract textures can not solve that main issue in musical language.

The abstract art language is a combination of primitive, plain language and psychedelic expression made in the early ages.
He copied what he saw first. Then he conveyed his sense of what he saw. Then he expressed both together. Then he expressed it again with the color spree. Then he removed the object; color left. And finally reached the painting technique of the caveman.

 However the reality is different. The pattern has all details in the moment. From universe to solar system; from earth life to individual. Vortex Music Theory contains 2 different direction sounds.

 1. Normal play. From the first note to end which means from the beginning to end. Main possible series.

 2. Backward playing (Retrograde). I have re-organized the notes of the partition from end to beginning which means the last note in normal play became the first note in backward play.

When a and b overlap they form the "c" sound pattern. Those in the same direction strengthen each other. Those in the opposite direction cause damping. hence the "d" sound model emerges. Our ears hear and our brains notice, of course, it can only be "a" or "b" with a focused "c" state at the conscious level or selective hearing.






3. If you would like to use Vortex techique than the problematic part is synchronization of the notes and timing of playing the instrument.

This technique gives us vortex language or bidirectional in language without time! If you hear the beginning and the end at the same time (in a moment) than time is meaningless. If you can talk (today in musical language) bidirectional than you can express both ways in a moment now & future OR past and future. Future is becoming past and past is becoming future.

Question : Can we use only 1 instrument while following vortex theory?

 Answer : You can use any number of instrument for vortex music theory. However you  have two partitions for each instrument so there should be two different recording OR if it is live performance than there should be two similar instrument on the stage. One plays forward and the other plays backward. 

 if you want to play both partitions at the same instrument at the same time than you need to transpose one of those partitions.

If you would like to use vortex music theory for smyphonic orhestra than there are two possibilities.

* Orchestra is not playing Vortex at the same time in this example. I have recorded both plays and merged the records. A deep concentration is required for live performance and perhaps two maestro.

For rock bands the technique may create a mass, a full noise. I don't think hard rock bands can use vortex music theory if it is not a ballad song. On the other hand rock, pop etc bands have a singer. If they want to use vortex tech than there will be 2 singers; one sing the lyrics from beginning to end and the other from end to beginning. Again this may create a full noise. May be they can try...


Notation and Instruments

We have traditional local instruments and classical instruments to make music. However instruments create the limits of our musical language. Further more any physical object can be musical instrument such as table, chain. Beyond that all species have musical language such as birds, trees, cactus, wind, sea, planets, stars etc.
All those describe to us that music is much wider than we understand. 7 notes or 12 tones are not enough to write down the musical language and transfer to others. We can not write down the notation of stones or cactus or walking or rain or wind etc. How can we write down all sounds into notation and transfer to others. Graphical notation is not enough also. 
Because in physics, sound is a vibration that propagates as an acoustic wave, through a transmission medium such as a gas, liquid or solid. It has frequency, pitch, duration, impedance, loudness, tibre, pressure, velocity. We need to use correct definitions of each sound which is numbers. All those numbers easily can be calculated and used as notation. If we can not find the correct object to use than we have electronic equipments "synthesizers" to create the same sound with formulated numbers "freq+pitch+velocity+duration+impedance+pressure......." for example "20+12+50+1sec+....." or a symbol + required numbers. Notation technique should be discussed and come to a consensus point.

The only requirement is to accept those numbers and use altogether. 
The reference book will not be problem to create once all of us accepted as new notation! 

Maybe I can give the example of the large hadron collider at CERN for a better understanding of Vortex Music Theory or technique. Two particles collide and the resulting decays are examined at those experiments. These studies allow us to better understand and analyze the internal structure of nature. In Vortex Music Theory, the same sounds (composition) come from different directions and collide & decay. It is just like two protons coming from different directions and colliding & decaying. While CERN experiments open the doors of the quantum world to us, the vortex music theory opens the door to the world of quantum music.
Conclusion

 We have all assumed only particles have spin direction in quantum mechanics and we can not use that principle in our daily lives. However I think we can use it in music then perhaps in our daily language in the future. "Vortex Music Theory" is a kind of chemical bond technique like Pauli principle on chemical bonding. Each electron has a different direction spinning to able to bond;  otherwise impossible. New chemical bonds gives us different possibilities so I called Vortex Music Theory because this technique gives us more colorful and rich possibilities rather than static music theories. I have also added some philosophy on it and re-interpretten into time understanding. Because we all believe (but no scieintific evidence rather than swiss made clock) time flows in one direction. Now we can hear definitely time flows in two direction; from past to future and from future to past which causes "time" meaningless, useless, nonsense while listening more colorful & full rich music. Vortex Music Theory allows to reinterpret all the musical works ever made.
